My family came to Showcase from Lansing looking for an affordable car for my youngest brother. When we arrived on the lot, we were impressed with the wide selection of vehicles. The staff was available for any questions yet not pushy in any way. Our sales associate was Jason Lapham. Jason was incredibly patient with us while deciding on the perfect car for my brother. Answering any and all questions we could think of. We test drove one car twice just to be sure and surprisingly were encouraged to do so. During the purchase process never once did we feel pressured or talked into something we were not comfortable with. During price negotiation Jason was very helpful in bringing the total costs down to something we were comfortable with for our budget, explaining every step along the way. Jason even went above and beyond having minor cosmetic issues fixed inside the car and gas put in the tank for no additional fees. My family and I will absolutely be bringing our business back to both Showcase Auto Sales and Jason for our next auto purchase. Please give Jason a raise he was wonderful to work with!
